This explains what PlyForge does with the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you send an order or a message we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address and anything you write. We use it only to answer you, check your kit fits, deliver your order and keep our records.

Who handles it

The website runs on Vercel. Order and contact forms are sent to us by email through Resend. Neither uses your details for anything else. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser's storage so it is still there when you come back; it never leaves your device until you send an order.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
